The purpose of working in Bohara is to recognize that Bohara's vision leads to the achievement of my dream in the
words of God, the true owner of Bohara, and do our best every day and every moment in each place happily.
The representative of Bohara, a Christian company with this clear purpose, is God, the source of our vision and
happiness. Therefore, the word of God is the reason for the existence and the sustainable growth of Bohara.
The words of God are the most important core value and the criterion for all decisions.
No matter what the world says, this is Bohara's first core value that we must keep in our mind, the most important
heritage that will be left to our precious juniors, and it should be the calling of all of us.
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of
God may be thourougly equipped for every good work.

The reason for Bohara's existence is to spread the gospel of truth to the world by practicing God's love through food
business and save people's souls.
To do so, all of us who chose Bohara should exist for Bohara.
Furthermore, Bohara exists only for God.
God exists with love to build each one of us.

In God's love, if two people rather than one, and three people rather than two people, all executives and employees love Bohara more than themselves, and furthermore, devote and cooperate happily with God first, any obstacles will become meaningless in front of us and we will eventually win.

Christianity is a religion that encourages people to work hard and to serve others with love.
Therefore, for us, the service industry is like a vocation. Serving others with love is the essence of our work and the fundamental ideology of Christianity.
Furthermore, we have a holy mission to save people and build people with the love of God.
Doing our best in providing service is our calling and a way of pleasing God, so we can work happily with gratitude every moment.

Setting goals clearly is the starting point for all success.
Bohara wants to become a luxury brand trusted and loved by customers by making products that exist everywhere in the world but cannot be found in any brands.
To do this, we need to focus first on internal stability, which sets clear standards (definition and scope) based on essence. Then we should steadily strengthen the basics (categories and detailed manuals) that meet them one by one.
Bohara will clearly define who our customers are and find what they crave. When they see our products with their eyes and taste, we hope they fully satisfy with them. We want to create a fandom culture that actively promotes our products by making people "fans of Bohara".
To accomplish this, we should work with "thorough customer-centered thinking," and "solid customer-centered behavior," Then we should become "Bohara people" who can work "properly" with "sincerity" rather than working just fast.
I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.

Therefore, Bohara should always keep in mind "HOSA" and act with “SGAOC," to create a "joyful workplace" and further create an
ideal habit that contributes to the "continuous growth of Bohara."

HOSA represents a mindset that leads us to “organize” our thoughts well before speaking with "honest" in every given task, and manages small details "sincerely". Then lastly check the “accuracy” of the task once again.

Bohara people greet others with smile. Bohara's workplace begins with me greeting with a smile, and Bohara's sustainable growth is completed by me practicing AOC (arrangement, order, cleanliness).

If you shorten Bohara in Korean, it sounds like Bara which means "Look." "Bara" in Hebrew means “creation”.
Bohara is a Christian company with a holy vision to spread the gospel of truth around the world by serving God, who created this world, as our true owner, saving and building people through food business.
Based on God's words (love), Bohara wants to become a Christian company that values ‘justice’ and ‘fairness’. Not only that, we want to create a ‘unique company culture’ that encourages employees to cooperate with each other and practice love for our neighbors to make our workplace one’s second home and continue to grow.
